Carl worked very well on our behalf until unfortunately he became unwell and others took the sale through to an auction. He was always positive in his outlook and listened to our concerns and needs. He knows the Wellington sales situation well (which to say the least is not very good at this time). He even did some garden tidying for us!

Erin (and Nigel) came with a plan which they executed. They had a practical insight as to what we could expect and how best to position ourselves for sale, They communicated well and were thoroughly committed to showing our home and bringing us offers. We are very happy with the service that we received. As an example, when a painter we had organized fell through they quickly got us onto a painter as well as helping us with a building inspector.
