It took me nearly a year to take the leap to put my house on the market. Vinay kept in touch on and off over this time and he always gave me heaps of encouragement but never too much that I felt pressured. The house went on the market in March this year just as the effects of the USA Iran war were starting to be felt. Oh boy, timing! But Vinay didn’t miss a beat and we had open homes, were flexible with market requirements and sold in April. Not going to lie, it is pretty stressful selling a house but Vinay was a dream agent for me, taking so much stress out of the process by his great communication, honesty, kindness and lovely upbeat fun spirit. Di was very experienced in assisting people in both buying and selling property. Her knowledge was excellent, and she worked well with all team members. I required help in finding good tradespeople to get my home up to scratch for market presentation and Di and Lisa ( another agent ) were able to provide this. I had had some difficult experiences with inadequate tradespeople in the past - the team helped me out. Both agents were always pleasant and polite as I also had to deal with a family crisis while the buying and sale process went on . Di and Lisa worked well through this sad time for a satisfactory sale result, and a good place for me to move onto.
