It took me nearly a year to take the leap to put my house on the market. Vinay kept in touch on and off over this time and he always gave me heaps of encouragement but never too much that I felt pressured. The house went on the market in March this year just as the effects of the USA Iran war were starting to be felt. Oh boy, timing! But Vinay didn’t miss a beat and we had open homes, were flexible with market requirements and sold in April.
