I was so happy I used James Abell and First National to sell my home, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. James was professional and friendly, and he really knows his stuff! Communication was superb all the way through the process, and even when we encountered a few hiccups, nothing was a problem for James. James was the real estate agent selling the property that we bought as our first home. From the get go, he was incredibly easy to work with, and was always happy to answer any questions and solve any problems. He was also very knowledgeable about the property and the market in the area, helping us to make educated decisions. Throughout the entire process James kept to the highest standards of professionalism while also being incredibly approachable and friendly. Being first home buyers, we knew little of the process and James walked us through every step of the way, answering all of our questions promptly and proficiently. This is our second time using James to sell our house. He is friendly and easy to get along with. His knowledge of the market is great and he gives you a realistic view of your house in the market. He won’t push you into selling or appraise your house to ensure that you sell. He was fantastic at keeping us in the loop with everything going on. James came recommended to us through business. Intially we though we might list our home with a couple of agents representing different brands. However after our first chat with James it was clear that he had extensive market knowledge and was very professional. Professionalisom was important for us because we were selling from abroad and the house for sale was tenanted. We also believed we would get multiple offers, and like all vendors we wanted to maximise our sell price. James communicated everything in a timely and clear manner. He achieved something rare: not to much or to little communication, just right. We felt comfortable asking questions and we were vey happy with sale price and process to get there.
