James was the real estate agent selling the property that we bought as our first home. From the get go, he was incredibly easy to work with, and was always happy to answer any questions and solve any problems. He was also very knowledgeable about the property and the market in the area, helping us to make educated decisions. James came recommended to us through business. Intially we though we might list our home with a couple of agents representing different brands. However after our first chat with James it was clear that he had extensive market knowledge and was very professional. Professionalisom was important for us because we were selling from abroad and the house for sale was tenanted. We also believed we would get multiple offers, and like all vendors we wanted to maximise our sell price. James communicated everything in a timely and clear manner. He achieved something rare: not to much or to little communication, just right. We felt comfortable asking questions and we were vey happy with sale price and process to get there.
