Josh was very responsive in reply to my messages, always answering every question I asked. The sale was completed fairly quickly from when we went market but unfortunately not quite the price we were after but it was close. Overall we were happy with the outcome and it ment we were able to move on to our next home.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Murray and Karen highly enough. Buying a home is a huge decision, and having them in our corner made the entire process feel so much easier and less stressful. We had quite a specific and niche list of things we were looking for in a property, and they never made us feel like our expectations were too difficult. They took the time to really understand what mattered to us and were incredibly patient as we searched for the right home. Their knowledge of the market was fantastic, but what really stood out to us was how genuinely invested they were in helping us find a home that was right for our family. They were always responsive, honest and incredibly supportive, and we felt like they were truly advocating for us throughout the whole process. There were plenty of moments where buying a house felt overwhelming, but having Murray and Karen guiding us through everything gave us so much confidence. They went above and beyond, were always happy to answer our questions (no matter how many we had!), and made us feel supported every step of the way. We’re so grateful for all their hard work, patience and dedication in helping us buy our first home.

Overall, our experience with Lin Ma was positive. She was professional, patient, and communicated clearly throughout the sales process. She provided many practical and useful suggestions regarding the refurbishment of the house and also assisted with inspections as we stay out of town. In addition, she helped look after the property both before and after the sale, and we are happy with the final outcome. There were, however, a few areas where the experience could have been improved: Lin was away on holiday for a couple of weeks shortly after the auction, but we were not aware of this in advance. After the property passed in at auction, we needed to negotiate with a group of potential buyers. As Lin was overseas and the time difference made communication more difficult, it was challenging for us at times, particularly as she had been handling the earlier discussions with the buyers. Fortunately, Logan was very supportive during this period and helped us through the negotiation process. The EQC Deed of Assignment was not transferred into our names prior to the sale, and we were unfamiliar with the requirement when it was raised by the buyers' solicitor. This resulted in a short delay before the contract could become unconditional. Logan kindly assisted by contacting the Natural Hazards Commission to help resolve the matter promptly. During the buyers' request for a price reduction, Lin advised that the offer was already a strong one given the current market conditions. We appreciated her perspective. Logan also proactively communicated further with the buyers' agent, and through those discussions the sale was ultimately completed without any reduction to the agreed price.
