Excellent experience, professional communication , honest and positive feedback and a great outcome.

From our first meeting we found Blair to be supportive in every area and yet maintained a professional and grounded manner. We received comprehensive and regular feedback from all the advertising and open homes which was reassuring. He was easy to get hold of with any questions and guided us skillfully through the whole marketing and advertising process. Blair was also easy to talk to and encouraging as we negotiated what was required to get our house ready to sell, right through to the final auction process which can be stressful. All the marketing was effective and his experience and knowledge was invaluable at this often challenging time. We felt comfortable and safe using Blair as our land agent and from our first meeting and discussion to the actual auction day, we have been extremely well looked after with great communication, feedback and support. The final gift of a beautiful bunch of flower and champagne when the house sold topped it off as a very much appreciated gesture. Overall a great and successful experience on all fronts.

Libby provided excellent pre-sale guidance to assist in preparing the property for market. She was supportive and accommodating during a longer than hoped for campaign, worked hard to keep the listing fresh and getting engagement in the tough market. Libby was easy to work with, communication was great and she was able to secure a good result for our family.

Professional in the entire process

Nic was professional throughout the entire process of selling our home. He is an excellent communicator and did not hesitate to help when we had questions along the way and needed information. His appraisal was accurate and not inflated. We expected it take longer to sell our home, but the marketing strategy and the diligent work that the agent did on many levels resulted in a successful sale within three weeks. We would not hesitate in recommending Nic.

Excellent service from start to finish

Team Mayhew were incredible throughout the entire process of selling our home. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to help us get the property ready for market, offering great advice around presentation and staging, and even lending us some of their own pieces to make sure everything looked its best. Their knowledge of the market and attention to detail made a huge difference. We felt really well guided throughout the whole campaign, and their hard work ultimately resulted in multiple offers at the end of the campaign, which we were absolutely thrilled with. Communication was fantastic from start to finish. We were always kept up to date with buyer feedback, interest in the property and what was happening next, so we never felt like we were left wondering where things stood. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about getting the best possible result for us. They made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to sell our home and would absolutely recommend Team Mayhew to anyone thinking about selling.

Their genuine care knowledge, expertise, experience, communication and commitment to getting the job done was outstanding.From many meetings planning ,photos, marketing and open homes , they kept us informed and worked through and obstacles along the way in a professional and caring manner.
