Throughout the sales process Blair kept us well informed and was a proactive communicator; he would reach out regularly to keep us up to date and let us know what the next steps would be. We live in a different city to the house we were selling so it was great to know we had someone 'on the ground' who we trusted to run the sales process for us. Blair also did a great job liaising with our tenants, who lived in the home we were selling, to ensure they were kept in the loop regarding inspections and open homes. Over the last 9 months we have embarked on a very long frustrating journey of selling our first home and finding something more suitable for our wee 2 year old boy. Although we didnt get the chance to use Blair to sell our house, he was an absolute wealth of knowledge and support through our journey. He kept us regularly up to date with new listings on the market and was always available for all my silly questions. Communications always prompt and we were kept fully informed about interest, positive and negative, taken in the property. Was prepared to "roll up his sleeves" and assist with the staging. When Blair was responsible for the "open homes" he was there at the right times and always left things properly secured.
