Nic is all the things you would expect from a good agent. Along with great communication, he always maintained a professional but friendly manner. However, what stood out to me, was that I always knew he was working for me, and had my back. That's not something I've always been able to say in the past. He got the result I needed in a difficult market that allowed me to move on with the next phase of my life.

Nic and Sue have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We now live overseas so we couldn’t make it to the house before selling it and they spent many hours at our house making sure it was looking good for the buyers. And it looked amazing. They were super responsive, always made sure we knew what all the legal information meant, talked us clearly through all of the pros and cons of each situation and made us feel really comfortable with the process. They were also super transparent with feedback and their thoughts which made making any decisions easier. We are so happy with the outcome but we will definitely miss working with Nic and Sue 👏🏼
