Sonia was amazing in every way. She knows the industry and the area very well, and guided me with the finer details of putting my house in the best position for sale. Sonia understood which areas were worth investing in (such as garden tidy, some landscaping and staging), taking great care with tiny details which she knew would make prospective buyers see themselves living there. She went the 'extra mile' and would do a quick rake of the leaves or wiping down entry gates as I was no longer living in the area. I was fortunate to also hit the market during sunny summer days where the house was drenched in sunlight! Joey was upfront, honest and incredibly hard working throughout the sales process. He answered our questions at all hours of the day (even when he probably shouldn’t for the sake of work-life balance) and provided wise advice during critical times. We hit some roadblocks along the way (not in any way attributable to him). When those times came he didn’t sugarcoat things, but he always had a reassuring smile and — more importantly — a plan. His efforts on our behalf made an inherently stressful process much easier. We are thankful and will gladly recommend him in the future as friends put their homes on the market.

Joey did a fantastic job marketing and selling our home. He was great at managing our expectations, keeping us informed and working closely with potential buyers to build a pool of interested bidders. I felt very confident in Chris' knowledgeable, friendly and capable hands. Selling a section has very different requirements from a house. Chris understood the builder and developers perspective as well as getting the best he could for us the vendor. There were a number of issues with the section as the services needed to be approved as well as any house building. So it made all the difference to us who are not living anywhere near the section to have Chris dealing with the buyer and understanding his problems, whilst steering the project on through. Thank you for your time and effort Chris. It came together in the end.
