I graduated in Computer Science and completed a National Diploma in Information Technology. For nearly a decade I worked for a major retail chain in sales and technology roles. Gurvik has been super professional, caring and so very help

This is the 2nd property that Gurvik has sold for me and also helped in buying the property recently sold. Professional and trustworthy

Like many first home buyers, I have plenty of questions about the home-buying process but Gurvik was always handy to answer those questions in a calm and professional way. He is an honest and trustworthy person which was a very big thing for me. Gurvik did his best to make things work balancing the interest of the vendor and myself. I highly recommend Gurvik for his great knowledge of the Glenfield and Bayview area but most of all for his integrity.

Would have given him 10 stars if I could have

I had a great experience working with Garry to sell my grandfather's house. From the beginning, he was incredibly helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. He listened to my feedback, took the time to understand what was important to me, and acted on it. I always felt informed and supported throughout the process. What I particularly appreciated was the balance he struck between being proactive and keeping things moving, without ever being exasperated by the very complicated situation the house was in. He offered sensible advice, communicated clearly and was always available when I needed him. This was not an easy situation and it took several twists and turns through complicated family matters and I really appreciated having someone so professional, approachable and genuinely helpful to guide me through it. I would happily recommend Garry to anyone looking to sell their property.
