We found Darcy to be both transparent and ethical in all our dealings with him. He was honest and upfront and we were really happy with the price we achieved. We enjoyed his sense of humour and now regard him as a friend.

Darcy helped us buy our first home together, it was a long winded process but Darcy was there every step of the way with his communication and constant updates. He explained the process and how auctions work and helped us get what we needed in place, in order for us to bid. He was welcoming, friendly and very forthcoming. Appreciated his honesty and transparency which made us feel comfortable and built trust with us. Darcy was an absolute professional with all dealings purchasing our new home. He knows our area better than any other agent in the area. My favourite things about dealing with Darcy was his communication and the ease of being able to call or txt him and know that if he didn’t answer (RARE) he would call back at the soonest opportunity. He enabled us to make inspections of the home outside of open home hours as we have an incredibly busy schedule and he even attended the auction offering support and knowledge. Darcy will be who we use at the next opportunity to sell another home - or buy one for that matter. We found the whole experience of house hunting a bit stressful, with building reports, auctions, and trying to navigate all of this. It was time consuming, complicated and felt like everything was a secret you should just "know" Then we met Darcy. He was selling a house that we loved from the minute we walked in, and as soon as we expressed interest in the house he told us what we needed to do. The whole thing was seemless, and we had all the info we needed to make an offer, and get our builder in to make sure it was ok. Darcy was there for every step and it felt like he was "part of the team". He answered all our questions when they popped up, and was clear with his communication, including timeframes. Waiting to hear whether our offer had been accepted was scary, but we knew when Darcy would call, and he stuck to every timeframe. If we choose to sell in the future Darcy will be our first phone call, as he understands how to sell without being too pushy, and is a good honest guy ensuring he is doing his best for the vendor, and make the process easy to understand for the buyers too. The perfect balance! We wouldn't work with anyone else. Thanks Darcy! We love our new home!
