Darcy was an absolute professional with all dealings purchasing our new home. He knows our area better than any other agent in the area. My favourite things about dealing with Darcy was his communication and the ease of being able to call or txt him and know that if he didn’t answer (RARE) he would call back at the soonest opportunity. We found the whole experience of house hunting a bit stressful, with building reports, auctions, and trying to navigate all of this. It was time consuming, complicated and felt like everything was a secret you should just "know" Then we met Darcy. He was selling a house that we loved from the minute we walked in, and as soon as we expressed interest in the house he told us what we needed to do. The whole thing was seemless, and we had all the info we needed to make an offer, and get our builder in to make sure it was ok.
