Benson and his team were exactly what we needed to help my family buy my townhouse. I was grieving and needed kindness and reassurance and time to think. It was a long process for myself, my daughter and my aging father to come to terms with having to make such a big change in our lives. Benson listened, was very avaliable, very kind, and beyond patient. My memory to details was particularly bad at that time, yet he never failed to be polite whilst needing to repeat answers to my same questions. I know Emma from a recorded sold price for our nearby property. And invite her to appraise this property. She is very professional by pointing out what needs to be renovated and staging etc... The whole process is very smooth. She brought first multiple offers before first open home and several runs of multiple offers...She has a good control of the whole process and was patient to wait for us when we thought the price is not high enough. No pushing at all. And finally we landed on the market price which is higher than CV. To be honest, she did a great job in current uncertain property market. And we have handed over another property to her...
