Being this my first time selling a property I spoke with a number of different agents in the Franklin area. Ankush Bajaj was steps ahead of the rest. I could tell straight away he has done his homework. Due to his wealth of knowledge not only of the Franklin area but the market and where its sitting, he knew exactly what buyers to target and what strategy would work the best. Personality wise Ankush is very professional whilst friendly and was positive throughout the process. Communication and updates were frequent and at no point was I left wondering what was going on. From the outset we could tell that the Murphy Team was a very well oiled machine. We had a communication channel set-up day one, and one of the team was always available to respond in a super timely manner. They kept us well informed and involved throughout the whole process. The major highlight for us was the sheer hard work and effort the team put in. We needed to sell our current house in order to buy our next house, and unfortunately a competing bid came in on the house we wanted to purchase. This meant we had an incredibly strict deadline (less than 5 days) in which to sell our house if we wanted to buy the next house we were interested in. Grace was very helpful throughout the process and was always quick to respond. She was flexible, easy to deal with, and made the overall experience a positive one. The only small area for improvement would be around the negotiation stage. Grace did put forward the offer I intended to make, which I appreciated. However, I would have preferred a little less convincing before having the offer written down, as I felt clear on what I wanted to offer. In saying that, this would not detract from dealing with Grace, as outside of this she was excellent and I would happily work with her again in the future. Overall, I appreciated Grace’s support and found her great to work with.
