Working with Sarah Sampson has been amazing, we started looking at houses two and half months ago with Sarah so she was able to get a feel for what we were after. The key points were Big, Lots of space, a small renovation to make it our own and Location. Walking into a property and being introduced made us feel like royalty in a weird way, it took away the stress of knowing we would be contacted in a day or so, asking us directly about the property. We were able to give Sarah our feedback straight away or go away and think about key factors message her and then she was able to summarize for us. We are so very thankful to have had Sarah's help being able to land such a beautiful property, given the fact auction day was brought forward and neither my partner or I could be there in person. Sarah was amazing and went to the auction room on our behalf whilst having my Partner on the phone incase things got interesting as our representative.
