Logan was such a fantastic help in our house search, from the get go, he really listened to our needs which made him understand our requirements fully when recommending houses and areas to view as well as being able to throw in a few wild cards, which did help us to think outside the box. His communication was thorough and consistent, he was very patient and he really went the extra mile in helping us see what was out there. Logan is very knowledgable with the current housing market and gave insights when appropriate. He wasn’t pushy or biased in any way, which made dealing with him extremely enjoyable and being able to trust his expert and personal opinions. I honestly don’t think we would have secured our house without him, as he really helped before and during the auction process and right up until settlement. I couldn’t recommend working with Logan more, he is such an asset to finding and buying the perfect house. Would definitely utilise him in the future if we are looking again, and wouldn’t hesitate to sell through him as well.
