We live out of Christchurch but recently engaged Miranda to sell a property we own there, as we are moving to Australia. We were worried about being able to sell our property in a really tough competitive market but throughout the process Miranda helped us to remain optimistic and left no stone unturned all the way through the process. Even when challenges cropped up (e.g. the first buyers finance fell through) Miranda rolled up her sleeves and remained focused and always had a plan for what we could do next.
