Despite my limited budget, I ended up buying a beautiful character home in the city that I'm genuinely excited to make my own. I couldn't recommend Te Pāea more highly, especially for first-home buyers. She's knowledgeable, approachable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about helping her clients find the right home.

Te Paea was so lovely. She has been wonderful in helping answer all of our questions promptly, no matter how small or silly. She went above and beyond in helping us view various properties. She was lovely to work with, lots of fun and incredibly grounded. She was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, even helping us get back to work after one of the viewings. She went above and beyond what I expected of a real estate agent and is the sort of person that could improve the reputation of real estate agents overall.

Responsive and very pleasant to deal with. She answered all of our questions promptly and not once we’ve ever felt that she makes up the answers - which sadly, we have experienced in the past from a “name brand” agent. We have a great respect for that approach, even if that means we do not get the answer instantly.
