I can’t speak highly enough of Alex. From the moment we first met earlier in the year to explore the idea of selling our home, it was clear he was the right person for us. He was open and honest from the outset, setting clear expectations around the different scenarios that could unfold based on what we wanted to achieve. Alex took the time to understand our situation and provided tailored options that truly suited our family. He was incredibly generous with his time, often working outside of typical hours to meet with us and offer advice. When the time came to sell, everything needed to move quickly—and Alex made that happen. Our house didn’t even make it to market before we received two offers, and we went unconditional before we would have even had our first open home had we gone down the traditional route.
