Buying our first home was one of the most exciting but stressful experiences we've ever been through. Throughout the entire process, Marty was responsive, professional, and genuinely empathetic. While he was working for the vendor, we never felt like just another buyer. He took the time to answer our questions, keep us informed, and support us through what was often a stressful negotiation process. One of the biggest challenges was aligning settlement dates, and thanks to Marty's guidance and communication, we were able to purchase our home with settlement occurring on the same day we needed to move out of our rental.
