I can’t speak highly enough of Alex. From the moment we first met earlier in the year to explore the idea of selling our home, it was clear he was the right person for us. He was open and honest from the outset, setting clear expectations around the different scenarios that could unfold based on what we wanted to achieve. Alex took the time to understand our situation and provided tailored options that truly suited our family. He was incredibly generous with his time, often working outside of typical hours to meet with us and offer advice. When the time came to sell, everything needed to move quickly—and Alex made that happen. Our house didn’t even make it to market before we received two offers, and we went unconditional before we would have even had our first open home had we gone down the traditional route. Communication was seamless throughout the process. Alex adapted to what worked best for us, and setting up a group chat proved to be an incredibly effective way to share updates and stay aligned in real time. He also went above and beyond by supporting us through the buying process, even helping us complete an S&P agreement for a property he wasn’t involved with. That level of support speaks volumes about his integrity. Alex was transparent throughout the entire selling process. While the goal was, of course, to sell our home, it genuinely felt like he was acting in everyone’s best interests every step of the way. While we don’t anticipate buying or selling again anytime soon, if we do, we wouldn’t hesitate to work with Alex again. We’ll be recommending him to any friends and family considering selling.
