Another Great Sale With Philip

Both my wife and i have known Philip over a long period of time and this is the 3rd house we have sold with Philip and bought 1 with his assistance overall we have owned and sold 4 houses over 46 yrs living in Whitby. Philip has been very committed and with some of sales at times when the market has been soft for sellers he has always managed to get our sale over the line in tough economic times. Phil is punctual friendly professional, at all times has kept us informed of the processes and decisions we highly recommend Phil as an agent. When not buying or selling and we see Philip around the suburb he always has time to stop for a chat and catch up about what is happening locally.
