I have bought and sold a number of properties over the last 20 years, and Ralph stands out as the best agent I've ever worked with. He was incredibly professional, while remaining human, responsive and compassionate during what could have been a stressful process. Juggling two vendors in different locations wasn't easy, but he managed an outstanding campaign that resulted in three offers after just one open home - our property was on the market for just 10 days before a SOLD sign was up! Ralph set realistic expectations, while still remaining ambitious and positive. His sense of humour, extensive knowledge of the local market, and willingness to run around with a vacuum cleaner if needed before any viewings (given we were not living locally!) were greatly appreciated. Ralph is a fabulous agent. He goes above and beyond to make things happen. He is very well connected in the local area and was more than happy to introduce us to various organisations to get things done prior to our house going on the market. This included gardeners, builders, plumbers and a building inspection company. To facilitate the sale itself, he even provided the names of three legal firms for us to choose from and ultimately make our own decisions about. We didn't feel pressured at any point to sell or accept an offer that was below our expectations. In fact 3 years ago we listed our house with Ralph and turned down an offer at the time that he managed to secure. At no time did it feel like this was an issue. This was one of the reasons for deciding to go with Ralph again this time. When we were negotiating with prospective buyers he provided great advice and support which resulted in a sale price and process we were happy with.
