We had our property on the market for a whole year with very little interest and even less viable offers. Of course nothing changed and we reluctantly took our house off the month. Six months later we responded to Ralph’s approach and his different ideas to promote our house. Ralph always said he would bring buyers to us rather than just hoping they would turn up at open homes. He also asked some searching questions about what we liked about our house and discussed ways to make it more presentable. We discussed a start date for advertising and open homes in late January. However just as Ralph had promised, he was able to bring three qualified buyers as early as mid December, one of which put in an acceptable offer which we were happy to go with. Settlement date was stretched out a little as we were yet to find a new house. A good result overall and very happy with Ralph’s professional and thorough work style.
