We were kept well informed by you regularly and you were able to find a serious buyer within a surprisingly short period. It can be a stressful experience selling a property but we did not feel that you put us under any unnecessary pressure. You acted professionally throughout.

Philip provided clear advice and updates. He was knowledgeable about the area and could advise us on the best steps to take, and the merits of different offers. He provided constant support and avoided making us feel pressured in any way.
