Andre was our main point of contact and being from out of the region his knowledge of the property, communication, requests for information and organizing of viewing times, were invaluable, thus making it easier for us to make a purchasing decisions. Sitting here with a sold sticker on our sale board it’s easy to feel pleased however it has been a long journey to putting up that sticker! The right buyer took a while to appear. People ask would we use Brent and Andre from Bower_ again? The answer is simple; in a heartbeat.
