Real estate teams in Judea, Bay of Plenty

As first-home buyers, we were quite nervous about the whole process, but Katia made it so much easier for us. She was always friendly, patient, and there whenever we needed help or had questions. Thank you, Katia, for all the support you gave us throughout this journey. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family. We’re very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Katia to other first-home buyers.

We had a really positive experience with the Bastin Group team selling our home. From the start, Brent gave great advice on how to present the house well before listing, and Sally’s styling support helped pull everything together and make the house look its best. Andre was amazing throughout the whole process. His communication was incredible, always keeping us updated with live updates and feedback after viewings. He was very approachable, always available to provide support whenever needed, and prompt to reply, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. We really appreciated how supportive and easy to deal with the whole team was and would happily recommend them to others.

I purchased my first home with Katia in July and from the moment we walked in the door to view the property, we were welcomed and taken care of. After months of searching, Katia took real care and a genuine interest in what we were looking for. The house went to auction and her team made us feel incredibly supported and educated us through the whole process. From start to finish, we weren’t just a number that walked through the door to her and she was such a big part of a massive milestone for me. She made what would typically be a very stressful experience, into the exciting and memorable moment it’s meant to be. As a buyer, I could not recommend her enough

Sue and Jack were excellent to deal with. Our decision to list with them was multi-factorial. We had met Sue at some open homes in the previous year and found her to be genuine and personable. We wanted agents who had a proven track record, with extensive experience in the areas we wanted to move to. We found that both Sue and Jack were measured in their advice, which helped us to set realistic expectations from the start. They are a busy team but we have found Sue and Jack easy to contact. We would happily work with Sue and Jack again in the future.

While I talked with two agencies, Sue didn’t baffle me with conditions or appeared official. From the outset Sue came across friendly, easy to ask questions of and certainly gave her all to sell my property which she did in a short period of time. She made the whole process stressless for me.

Michelle was awesome at quickly responding and answering all our queries.

We couldn’t have asked for better communication and found the whole sale process easy! Highly recommend Rachel and the team.

Michelle was extremely easy to deal with. Nothing was too much . Very responsive to answering any queries.
