Nick and his team, including Maddy (PA extraordinaire) and Will (auctioneer with supernatural skills) were exceptional to deal with through the sale of my rental property. From the outset of the marketing campaign, through to the auction, and well past settlement date, the communication from Nick and his team was flawless. I was always made to feel as if I was his only client - nothing was too much trouble, he took my phone calls (or returned them) outside of business hours and weekends and never made me feel as if I was anything but his first priority.
