My first interaction was with Jack who arranged a viewing after a long day at work. I appreciated him making time to accommodate the viewings. I then met Sue on the second viewing and she was my contact for the sales and negotiating process. As I was a first home buyer I had never been through the process before and felt anxious. Both Sue and Jack made the process seamless, easy and were overly accommodating. Sue’s knowledge of the area and neighbourhood was comforting knowing she knew the people in surrounding addresses.
