Best I've dealt with

We were looking for a house for a few months and a few offers rejected, out of all the real estate agents we dealt with, Andre from Bower was by far the fastest replier, most knowledgeable and informative, cut to the chase style communicator that was massively appreciated by us and all together a pleasure to deal with, if/when we sell he will be receiving a call

Great communication and support from the whole team

We had a really positive experience with the Bastin Group team selling our home. From the start, Brent gave great advice on how to present the house well before listing, and Sally’s styling support helped pull everything together and make the house look its best. Andre was amazing throughout the whole process. His communication was incredible, always keeping us updated with live updates and feedback after viewings. He was very approachable, always available to provide support whenever needed, and prompt to reply, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. We really appreciated how supportive and easy to deal with the whole team was and would happily recommend them to others.

Can't fault them.

If your looking for an experience that is along way from what you would normally charaterise in selling your home then we couldnt recommend Brent and Hunter highly enough. From very high energy levels, to benchmark and very creative marketing, they have exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent communication and a pleasure to deal with.

Andre was a pleasure to deal with from the start. We never felt pressured, yet he quickly understood our needs and worked with us to quickly get to an agreement. He and Brent worked hard to get a good outcome for both us and the vendors.

The Best Real Estate Team

We wanted a Top Salesperson in Tauranga too sell our home, Brent Bastin & his amazing Team nailed it ! From the first meeting we felt comfortable and Brent explained the process too us in a way we could understand. Brent has a rapport with people which in Real Estate is a rare attribute. Andre Stewart's job was the Salesperson and his professional, calm charismatic personality were the perfect combination for securing a sale on our home. Andre was extremely welcoming from the first time we met him.

He was not pushy and explained everything we wanted to know very thoroughly. His communication was first class and made the whole process of buying a house as stress free as it could be.
