Real estate teams in Parkvale, Bay of Plenty

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Katia checked in regularly via text, calls and emails, kept me informed at every step, reassured me when things felt wobbly, and handled tricky situations with calm professionalism. Katia is wise beyond her years, she was deeply committed to both the vendor and myself, guiding me through the process while I worked full-time and parented two children. What truly sets her apart is that she genuinely cares. I felt that throughout — even though I wasn’t a direct Bower client. Katia is one to watch, not for a pushy sales approach, but for the relationships she builds, the integrity she shows, and the time and care she invests in people. I’ll always be grateful for her support during one of the hardest years of my life.

We have used a large number of Real Estate Agents over the years and in the last year have sold 4 homes with Brent Bastin and Andre Stewart from Bastin Group, part of Bower in Tauranga. What a real difference working working with this team has made! The whole experience from appraisal, to marketing plan, to going live then negotiation and sale, we have felt excited, informed, reassured, listened to, and elated with the final results over all 4 property sales. The team dynamic works in the vendors favour as every person in the team has their strengths and niche skills making the whole experience seamless and exceptional. Andre remains calm, dedicated and in control of the campaign, alongside Brent; who brings unmatched market knowledge, enthusiasm & outside the box expertise while remaining humble and approachable. Everyone in the Bastin Group team is friendly & professional and the communication etiquette throughout the entire process has been spot on. We look forward to working with Brent Bastin and Andre Stewart in the future and would recommend them (and have done) to anyone looking to sell their home in the Tauranga area.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Billy to sell my property. From start to finish Billy provided excellent communication and was professional in his work. He is friendly, down to earth and trustworthy which are important traits to me. Billy is very practical and I really appreciated the extra effort from him to refresh the sale marketing once my tenants had moved out, which looked excellent and came at no extra cost to me. This is my second experience working with Billy and I highly recommend him for all your real estate needs.

I've recently sold my property and had an excellent experience with Bella as my agent. She is an excellent communicator and in particular, was greatly helpful to me in the negotiation stage of the sale. Her clear and honest communication style gave me confidence through negotiations and helped reach a price that the buyer and I were happy with. I highly recommend Bella for your real estate needs.
