I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nabin acharya. from the very beginning he guided me through every step of buying my home with kindness and patience. Even after the sell he stayed in touch checking in to make sure i was settling in well, he was always kind never pushed me and truely went above and beyond.I cant recommend him enough that way , it feels really heartfelt and specific.

Dan is a sharp communicator who is dedicated to understanding your needs and finding you the perfect match. He is relentless in the most meaningful way, he didn't give up even when I felt like it! He is incredibly well informed, and if there's something he doesn't know, he'll bend over backwards to find out for you. Dan got me a house well below my budget and perfect for my needs! He is gentle and kind, and a ferocious hard ass. Not to mention he's a snazzy dresser.

Communication style confident, decisive, good listener, understood our worries and concerns. Had a really good market knowledge of the particular area we were selling in (Sydenham , Beckenham and surrounds). He advised us to go to auction, and while we were dubious at first, this approach delivered a good sale price towards the top end of our expectations. Aaron was great and professional in showcasing the available houses we were looking for. Guiding us through the purchase process and the Auction. His help following the auction in connecting us to other reliable trades people, to prepare for moving in was seamless. His personal help was greatly appreciated.
I first contacted James a couple of years before actually committing to selling my investment property. That first impression was lasting, James was outstanding in every way, he was kind, informative and very patient. When I was eventually ready to sell, I didn’t bother to ‘shop around’ I knew I wanted James to assist me with selling my property. I contacted him and he remembered me and the property even after those two years. James has been amazing, I can’t praise him enough for the hard work, kindness, and professionalism he showed me.
