I felt that Aaron was open and aproachable. He answered our many questions, and was accommodating and warm.

Communication style confident, decisive, good listener, understood our worries and concerns. Had a really good market knowledge of the particular area we were selling in (Sydenham , Beckenham and surrounds). He advised us to go to auction, and while we were dubious at first, this approach delivered a good sale price towards the top end of our expectations. Very professional in dealings: responsive to queries and dealt very well with issues as they arose

Aaron was helping me to sell my house while i am at overseas. He and his team did an amazing job from the very beginning until the very end. Me not able to be there could have been very difficult but Aaron made the process easy and smooth with a great communication and professional in solving problems, i knew during the whole progress my house was in good hands and he did everything to make things easy but also perfect.
