We first met Andrew at open days we had attended & found him to be genuine. When it came time to sell our property we decided to contact Andrew. We again found him to be genuine. He gave us a realistic idea of what our property could achieve. He kept us fully informed throughout the selling process, calling after each open day & keeping us upto date with the process. He happily answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Andrew. If we were to sell again we'll be giving him a call.

The experience of buying through Andrew was genuinely easy and transparent. No hidden agendas, just a want to make the sale come together for both Vendor and Purchaser. We had all the information we needed to make the right informed decision in a quick timeframe. Communication was on point and regular. All round good guy with a great team around him.

Great communication considering we were living in another country. There were many conversations well outside business hours. Andrew took care of everything for us, including the home staging. He negotiated well on our behalf considering there was a drawback with our property. We would happily recommend Andrew to assist anyone with their property sale in the future.

Andrew and a good understanding of the property and area and had a good balanced approach between buyer and vendor. Everything was done in a fair transparent manner.

We were asked to email Andrew all the questions we had, which we did on two occasions but still did not get questions answered. We did get some of them answered on the final inspection, but even though it was a final inspection we still didn’t meet the vendor to ask questions, no keys were available and no instruction manuals for appliances were left, so did not know how to use dishwasher, underfloor heating, spa bath, alarm etc.. It would have been nice to have had this explained if the final inspection had been arranged properly. Andrew was good at communication and replied in a good timely manner.
