Being based in Australia, but with a property to sell in CHCH, I found Mohit very easy to deal with. The whole process from listing the property to its sale at auction was complete within 3-4 weeks. I was provided with regular updates via email, phone call, WhatsApp messaging and video calls. Any documents that required signatures were done so quickly with DocuSign. On auction day I was able to watch the process online while in contact with Mohit. I have no hesitation in recommending Mohit to prospective clients. Professional and efficient and effective.
