Max is very approachable. In the initial assessment he was honest without being judgemental and throughout the process was supportive and responsive. He gave clear guidance for work to be done prior to the first open homes and he presented our home positively to each potential purchaser. His marketing package, particularly the video, was excellent. At all times he went above and beyond expected to ensure we had a good experience in this stressful process. Overall, Max is a talented salesperson and a thoroughly nice man. We highly recommend this seller to be your agent for your next sale. She is extremely skilled, also friendly and inspired confidence in us to gain an excellent result on the day. We first met Max John at an open home he was holding for another colleague. We were possibly only window shopping at the time but he projected a warming professional attitude and was very comfortable to talk with. Months later when we thought it was time to sell my house, we had kept Max John in mind and thought he would be a good option to sell with. Great choice actually. We weren’t ready to sell as it seemed. Max John steered us in the right direction though. With good advice and recommendations, we finally got it ready for sale. 9 months passed from our original meeting on selling the house, no pressure, just advice and support. There was one more hurdle to overcome. We had bought a new home in that time. With the old home void of any furnishings, Max John stepped up to the plate. After showing us the property via video call we trusted Max to make a conditional offer before we viewed the property ourselves. This whole process allowed us to then travel to view the property with the knowledge that our offer had been accepted and the only condition was the property being suitable.
