We had dealt with him several times as buyers and were impressed by his approachable manner and dedication, which is why we chose him to sell our home. Adrian and the rest of the ProAgent team made the entire process smooth and were always available to answer any questions we had. Unfortunately, we did not achieve the price range we had hoped for, but this was a reflection of the current market rather than the agents themselves, who I believe did everything they could to get the best possible result. At no point did we feel pressured to sell at that price; however, we needed to proceed to secure the funds for our new property, and we felt the market was likely to become even more challenging.

The Smiths always follow through with what they say they will do and the marketing is excellent and allowed my property to be promoted well. The selling experience went way more smoothly than we expected! Being in the business ourselves we thought we knew how it would go, but instead we enjoyed loads of viewings both privately and at the open homes, and ended up with 6 x registered buyers and 4 who bid strongly. "We are thrilled with the final price."! Donna was amazing and took all the stress away. Real estate is not an exact science but we certainly benefitted from the chemistry and physics of it all. Rose is a standout agent in an industry where it can be hard to find someone you truly trust. She has great integrity, is highly organised, & has fantastic communication. Right from the start she stood out, from the four appraisals I organised, hers was by far the most thorough. She always did what she promised & I was particularly impressed by her initiative, for example organising a second caravan (office viewing) for her colleagues that hadn't already seen the property (as it was listed right before Xmas). Her work ethic is amazing, even when it was quiet, she still continued with weekly open homes, nor was she too proud to seek feedback from colleagues to ensure we had the best strategy going forward. I always had a feedback report in my inbox the day after an open home. Her attention to detail is second to none, including ‘extra touches’ like having staging items available for her vendors (which I've never seen done before & thought was a great idea), & thoughtful personal touches such as Xmas cookies & Easter hot cross buns. Despite a sales process that required real patience, she never made excuses & wasn't afraid to have difficult conversations with me.
