Unfortunately, we did not achieve the price range we had hoped for, but this was a reflection of the current market rather than the agents themselves, who I believe did everything they could to get the best possible result. At no point did we feel pressured to sell at that price; however, we needed to proceed to secure the funds for our new property, and we felt the market was likely to become even more challenging.

As a busy person it was good to be able to just leave it in Renees hands to work through all the requirements, feedback on the open homes was great and everything happened so fast. Was hard selling with a crashing market the team did well to get over the line, and we still received enough although less than initially expected.
