Neal Maguire has good knowledge on market and kept us informed all the developments promptly. We dealt with him in the past too and because of his good performance in our last sale , we decided to appoint him to sell our recent property as well. We also met Meg and found she is also very friendly.

My expectations were exceeded and I was pleased and grateful for everything done by Linda and Jeremy's in obtaining the sale. Their professionalism and market knowledge was important given the difficult situation in the area. The market downturn, numerous houses for sale in close proximity and condemned houses due recent storms. My house is of unusual design and with the staircase,steep roof and bank behind I am sure their negotiation skills helped immensely.
