Julia got my house sold in mid 2026 in a difficult sellers market. Proactive and very easy to deal with, a great communicator with solid follow up on all things and market insights that were on the money. Julia and Ryan made a good team with good open home presence and feedback. Even just good common sense and general awareness of all things big and smalI which I think most people don’t come to expect from sales people which great.
