Little did I expect he was going to turn what had been a very difficult preparation of getting my house to market on its head. My house had been affected in the2023 floods and had all been remedied correctly so I was not concerned about that, it was all the questions that rightfully come from prospective purchasers that being closer to 80 than 70 I was feeling a little apprehensive about. I quickly learned that Matt was not only an experienced builder but had also been a building inspector. I went through all the paper work with Matt, sent him the council files and LIM and from that moment on Matt responded confidently and honestly and made the process a breeze. Matt has a warm personality, delights in getting to know his sellers and buyers, has a great sense of humour and is at home in any situation. Work extremely hard on the property, had an offer in 6 days, they did not complete the sale but Lance hustled hard to get us another offer which he secured and it was unconditional in 3 days……. Kept us updated on finding the final purchaser and it was a very clean and fast deal. The price was in his range of appraisal and we were happy with the final outcome.
