About us

We don't just specialise in Stonefields, but have experience all across Auckland so we aren't limited to any one area. Our team have helped sell property from Whangarei to Paeroa. A wealth of experience to take advantage of! Stonefields is an area with a lot of history. Not only was it formed as a volcanic site about 9000 years ago but there is evidence of Maori activity and occupation dating back 600 years. In 1936, it was established as a quarry and in 2011 was purchased by developers Landco Limited who started the Stonefields master plan. Close to the beautiful eastern beaches, Stoneridge shopping hub, Southern motorway and local public transport, this new community is in a superbly convenient location. It is close to the Remuera Golf Course, Waiatarua Reserve and Maungarei Springs Wetland.

Thelina gave us a seamless house sale with great communication from the beginning.

Dedicated hardworker

Debbie-Lee was obviously a very experienced and passionate estate agent. She informed us of all the steps along the way and was always available for a discussion if needed. We were disappointed in the very low amount of people that came through the property meaning the auction had to be canceled and the low offer that we finally received. However, we believe that Debbie-Lee did everything she could to sell the property and we were not pressured to accept the low offer, we just realised that it was probably the best we were going to get. She went the extra mile to keep the potential buyer happy and committed to the purchase, which is what you want. She also gave a very generous personal gift at the conclusion of the sale. All in all we were pleased with the service that Debbie-Lee gave and the support she gave us through the whole process leading to a successful sale at a time when the market was not that buoyant.
