I can't recommend her highly enough. She was a lifesaver. Maria went out of her way constantly — dealing with buyers, running open homes, and navigating such a niche property in a tricky market. She organized tradespeople, cleaners, our lawyers, and gardeners to help get the house ready for sale. She made everything easy to understand and kept us updated the whole way through. Luckily, the process was fairly short, and the right buyers came along in the end. We've bought and sold many properties over the years, and it's always a mission.
