Total Confidence

We felt that we were able to confidently leave the sale of our apartment in Scott's hands completely. It wasn't easy with a tenant in situ, but Scott handled things like a pro. We weren't in Auckland either, so had to rely on Scott even more than normal. But from the get-go we felt that Scott was very knowlegeable about the building, knew the market, knew what had to be done and got on with it. His communications were excellent, so we were always up with the play. He got the people to the auction, kept the tenant happy and we went to market and were sold within 3 weeks. It was pretty intense but Scott made an enormous effort right through the process. Thank you Scott.

Shop with Ease

We have been impressed by Maryanne's professionalism throughout the process. While out of town, she managed to put us through virtual tour of the property and explain the ins and outs of the leasehold nature to accelerate the process. Also the tenancy notice period and therefore the settlement date issue get resovled with ease. Will recommend her service.
