Thanks Renee - unwavering persistence & hard work!

Thank you Renee for your help in selling my property. Despite a longer sales process in a difficult market, I very much appreciated Renee's hard work, patience & commitment. While I mostly dealt with Rose, I know Renee did a lot of the weekend open homes on her own & she was always very quick to message me afterwards with an update. She even accommodated a private viewing on a Saturday on very short notice, as the people couldn't make the Sunday open home. The times I saw Renee in person, she was friendly, professional & easy to deal with. Thanks Renee, I appreciate your time & dedication.

Highly recommend - an agent who truly cares

Rose is a standout agent in an industry where it can be hard to find someone you truly trust. She has great integrity, is highly organised, & has fantastic communication. Right from the start she stood out, from the four appraisals I organised, hers was by far the most thorough. She always did what she promised & I was particularly impressed by her initiative, for example organising a second caravan (office viewing) for her colleagues that hadn't already seen the property (as it was listed right before Xmas). Her work ethic is amazing, even when it was quiet, she still continued with weekly open homes, nor was she too proud to seek feedback from colleagues to ensure we had the best strategy going forward. I always had a feedback report in my inbox the day after an open home. Her attention to detail is second to none, including ‘extra touches’ like having staging items available for her vendors (which I've never seen done before & thought was a great idea), & thoughtful personal touches such as Xmas cookies & Easter hot cross buns. Despite a sales process that required real patience, she never made excuses & wasn't afraid to have difficult conversations with me. It’s clear this is more than just a job to her, she loves what she does & is very dedicated to her clients. Thank you Rose, I truly appreciate everything you have done for me. Credit where credit is due - I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Rose to others, if you want an agent you can trust & is going to work hard for you, then Rose is the one.

Easy process

Team Coldicutt—especially Kane Salanoa, our agent—were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our home wasn’t even on the market when we put an offer on another property, yet they moved incredibly quickly and had it listed in no time once we were under contract. The entire process felt seamless. Kane kept us well informed every step of the way, was accommodating to our needs, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. When it came time to sell, he was fantastic—professional, down to earth, and genuinely easy to talk to. We couldn’t recommend Kane and the team more highly.

Persistance pays off. The team did not give up, desite this being a difficult market.

The group WhatsApp is an excellent way to keep the entire team in the loop and in keeping us, the nervous sellers reasonably comfortable. Whenever it felt like we were not moving ahead, Brayden was there with a supportive word as he worked hard to get the property sold. The price was not as good as we had hoped, but the sale price was its actual market value.
