Agencies in Northwood, Canterbury

Fernanda and Raquel were warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped into this house. A genuine care for the Vendors and home they were presenting. Together they helped us navigate the auction process, settlement dates and deposit changes, to make something that didn’t seem possible, a reality.

After our experience purchasing one of Fernanda’s other listed homes, we knew that we wanted her and her team to sell ours. We feel this speaks volumes of the type of agent she is and the support she has given us. We always felt confident we were in great hands with Fernanda and her team, trusting their guidance through the process. She has been transparent and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. Thank you Fernanda.

Raquel was amazing throughout the process of our sale and made us feel supported from day one. With a few deadlines at play, we were able to get the house on the market quickly, and then with an auction brought forward, we were sold unconditionally within 12 days for a great result. Raquel kept us up to date and informed. She was warm, approachable and genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth as possible for us. We're so grateful and would highly recommend her to sell your home.
