Exellent comminication and always responed promptly to any queries.

Catherine and Lindsay were clear and very helpful in the whole process of my house sale. Always willing to take the time to explain the process and explain all aspects. They were open and explained the current market of which they have a clear knowlege of. Always open and available to answer any queries. I would not hesitate to reccomend them. Excellent looking after my cat.

Sold and on the move

From first contact with Catherine & Lindsay it's taken 11 years for me to finally make the commitment to sell. Catherine provided the updated information and explained the process and kept me updated after open homes before sending their report through. The market isn't easy, but they helped secure an offer after the 2nd weekend of open homes and were patient and understanding of my situation. If I was staying within Auckland, I would have used them to help find my next home.

Masterclass!!

Catherine and her team have gone over and above with the sale of my property. From the day I started working with her till the day I sold....and cant thank her enough for the patience and effect to make it all happen. Professional and Accommodating

Catherine and Lindsay were great to deal with. They were both very accommodating to our needs as potential buyers and were more than happy to work around our busy work schedules for additional viewings and providing access for our builder to assess the property. Their communication was prompt, as was their ability to follow up on our queries in a timely manner. It is refreshing to work with real estate agents whose level of communication was on point which helped mitigate any additional pressures that can, through our experience, be overwhelming as potential buyers. Thanks guys - we are now very happy home owners :)
