Sharni had great communication throughout the process of selling my home and when ever I messaged her to ask anything she responded straight away and also she gave me plenty of notice of private viewings and open homes witch really made things easier. I have been really impressed with the work Jo has put into selling our home. My husband has dementia and her knowledge of this and the way she approached him in her banter and sharing of information was quite brilliant. This is the first time I have been involved in selling a property and Jo’s straightforward approach and honesty was just what I needed to feel secure in the action I was taking. The work Jo put into the follow up with the different folk who came to the open homes and those who came at other times was impressive. We are writing this review about Jo Turnbull who has been our agent in Milton for almost 10 years. During that time we have brought and sold 2 properties, have had multiple tenants and repairs (minor and major).
