I have been really impressed with the work Jo has put into selling our home. My husband has dementia and her knowledge of this and the way she approached him in her banter and sharing of information was quite brilliant. This is the first time I have been involved in selling a property and Jo’s straightforward approach and honesty was just what I needed to feel secure in the action I was taking. The work Jo put into the follow up with the different folk who came to the open homes and those who came at other times was impressive. She gave us both very honest feedback on the potential of interest and people’s intentions which we appreciated. In securing the sale of our home Jo was very thorough and provided the buyers with all the information they needed or access to the answers they wanted.
