Ticked all the boxes.

Cherish listened to what I was looking for in a home and managed to find one that ticked all of my boxes. During my search, she created opportunities to see houses early and give me the best possible chance of securing what I wanted. She was great at following up, staying in contact and providing me with information and assistance where needed. My first buying experience was a positive one thanks to her. Very friendly, accommodating and responsive.

She is full of energy, enthusiasm and smile. She tries her best to answer to the best of her capability, based from the information she has and from what she is allowed to within her professional boundaries. She is easily contactable and would definitely ring you back if she was not able to pick up your call previously. Overall, it was an easy transaction towards getting the house you like.

Cherish was an excellent communicator, extremely supportive of our situation at all times.

We have just sold our house through Cherish, and she was an excellent agent from start to finish Her communication was fantastic, providing consistent feedback and highly constructive advice as we progressed through the sale. Because we chose to list quietly, our house wasn't officially listed publicly, Cherish worked off her own database of active buyers. This made the whole experience remarkably stress free, and at no time did we feel pressured. Cherish managed the entire sale process brilliantly with her cheerful attitude and personality. Responsive and genuine professional

Anna always demonstrated care to us as buyers and was always genuine in her communication with us. We really appreciated her advice with regards to the auction. Additionally Anna was prompt and clear in her communication about issues relating the the property. If we were going to resell we’d go with Anna!
