Very pleasant experience with Chris. From the start, he was highly responsive to my questions even outside of normal working hours. He also helped me organise moving a bed I'd purchased before settlement since we didn’t have storage & even assisted with lifting it on the day which was well beyond what you’d expect from an agent.
