Real eye for detail and communicating relevant information

Ken came in late to manage the sale but quickly took full control of all aspects of the marketing and pre-sale phase. He controlled all aspects of the move to an offer and the final sale. I have nothing but praise for how well he worked for me and gained the sale I was after.

Outstanding communication and service! Amazing team

100% recommend Kippy, great market knowledge, very easy to deal with, and honest & approachable.

Right from the first walk around our place and well before we were ready to put it on the market, Keith had some great suggestions about what to concentrate on and what we needed to do to get the property ready. He kept in contact regularly without being pushy, and always made us feel we were in control of the whole process. When the property went on the market, they had a number of people that were already interested, and the sale process went extremely smoothly. We can't rate Keith and the whole Cutlers team highly enough, they have an in-depth market knowledge, offer sound advice backed by experience, and communication is secondary to none.
